She wants to have dance party and we might rent a room and stuff at a place but she thinks some ppl might not dance so what else could she do or what is a different idea for a boy/girl party?

How about a spa party? They can get manicures/pedicures – have you friends come over and act as nail technicians; do their hair, etc. Girls that age love that kind of stuff. You could serve non-alcoholic champagne in plastic wine glasses. Have cheese and crackers, etc. That would be really cute!
if its for boys and girls, maybe bowling or a swimming party
may be karaoke or bowling.
