some people actually said i looked like one, but they didn’t even know me. I dont drink or go to partys at all.. so i guess they shouldn’t judge a book by its cover

Well it means you look like you like to have fun. Party girls come in different forms. Usually they are pretty- it seems and they like to dress kind of carefree. They come across as being free spirited (sometimes morally “loose”) but not always. They tend to have hair that is let down and not up.

I would say that it was probably a negative comment. Party girl = slut.
If it comes from me it’s a compliment, they are carefree persons that like to have fun and don’t really think what other people thinks about them.
Basically, it’s every guys dream. ;D
hm…! depends it could be good…if the meaning is that u are sympathetic, have a sense of humor, open in new friendship.. but it could also mean.. that u drink a lot…go out a lot..wherever there’s a party ur invited… it could also be a comment about your apparel or else.!
