Stiglich is aiming for an upset
The June primary race to represent the Republican Party for a District 2 Congressional seat between political neophyte Pete Stiglich of Cottonwood and long-time incumbent Wally Herger of Chico could very well be used as an indicator of the nation’s anti-incumbent angst.
