I’m planning my Sweet Sixteen which is in 4 months. I want it to be the biggest party of the year. I need help planning it though. I’m going to look at a couple of locations soon and they’re all hip downtown clubs with private rooms upstairs. I want it to be like the all-out parties they have on Gossip Girl. I’m having mocktails and everyone has to dress up. Help me with ideas on dress, food, drinks, decorations, activities, music and anything else to make this the biggest and best Sweet Sixteen ever!
