Gaza’s besieged health system at all-time low: Red Cross
JERUSALEM, Jun 14, 2010 (AFP) – Gaza’s health care system is at an “all-time low” with daily power blackouts and shortages of essential medical supplies, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) said on Monday.
